The square-shaped part of the existing school will be thoroughly renovated with the addition of a new section laid out around an indoor sports hall. Between the two sections there is the "greenhouse", a glass-covered area with a semi-raw climate. This area, which also serves as the central entrance, provides a view to a green zone alongside a nearby railway line. The other parts of the building in this zone will be demolished.
